Gibson, gin, straight up.
Aren't these both major plot elements in Idoru?
Which, by the way, I just finished re-reading last night. I'm doing Gibson in reverse; I started with Pattern Recognition, which spoke to me if for no other reason than that it involved jet lag and Google. And I enjoyed Idoru a hell of lot more this time than last time; maybe because I'm more otaku than I was then. Whatever the reason, I'm glad, because I freaking loved it. Now I'm starting All Tomorrow's Parties, which I'm pretty sure I've never read before. After that, the original trilogy and perhaps even the short story collection. Whee! 1:07:20 PM ()
