Just finished watching part 1 of the Battlestar Galactica miniseries. Hoo baby! That's some good space combat. (They took a page from Firefly in the virtual cinematography of space, except ramped up it to lots and lots of ships.) And hey, actual acting in a sci-fi show -- it's shocking!
The science completely failed to feel rubbery. Makes me wanna reread some Honor Harrington.
Update: OMFG etc etc. The main battle sequence in part 2 does not disappoint. I'm hopeful they make a series out of this one. The end made me say "ayie!" And what's up with crazy man? 12:11:06 AM ()
